New Admissions Fall 2010.
 
Admissions are usually granted in the month of August for candidates who are eligible.

Previously students who were seeking admissions in Private Engineering Colleges were either to pass the ETEA Test or to clear Private Engineering Colleges Tests for admissions. From this year, the Govt. of KPK has decided that for the students seeking admissions there shall be no passed marks for enterance test where appearing in enterance test (ETEA or any other public sector recognized engineering university of other provinces) will remain compulsory for admission to professional colleges working public as well as private sector

Eligibility for admission for Electrical Engineering Degree is 60% marks in F.Sc. (Pre-Engg) or 60% marks in DAE/B.Tech and for B.Sc. Computer System Engineering Degree is, 60% marks in F.Sc. (Computer Sc.) or F.Sc. (Pre-Engg).

PCE is presently running Two Disciplines, B.Sc. Electrical Engineering (Communication) and B.Sc. Computer System Engineering. UET Peshawar has granted Affiliation for intake of 50 students in each Discipline. From Session 2003-2004, UET shifted its academic system from Annual to Semester. The College also opted for the latest system of examination rejecting the obsolete annual system.
